1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by GoldMane Hair Extensions ("GoldMane," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

GoldMane provides:

• Custom hair extension services and consultations
• Professional training courses and certifications
• Educational resources and materials
• Online information and booking services

3. Hair Extension Services

3.1 Consultations

All first-time clients must attend a complimentary in-store consultation before receiving hair extension services. During this consultation, we will:

• Assess your hair's health and condition
• Recommend appropriate extension methods
• Provide accurate pricing and timeline

3.2 Service Agreements

After consultation, clients will receive a detailed service agreement outlining:

• Services to be provided
• Total cost and payment terms
• Maintenance requirements
• Warranty and return policy

3.3 Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

3.4 Hair Extension Care

Clients are responsible for following provided aftercare instructions. Failure to properly maintain extensions may void warranties and affect results.

4. Training Courses

4.1 Course Registration

• Course fees must be paid in full before training begins unless a payment plan has been arranged
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment
• Course materials and kits are provided as part of the course fee

4.2 Course Cancellations and Refunds

• Students may cancel up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable
• GoldMane reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, with full refunds provided
• Course rescheduling may be possible with advance notice

4.3 Certification

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements
• Students must attend all sessions and demonstrate competency
• Certificates are non-transferable

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed in writing
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and EFT transfers
• Payment plans may be available for courses—please inquire

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Hair Extension Services

While we take every precaution to ensure the health and safety of your natural hair:

• Individual results may vary based on hair type, health, and maintenance
• We are not liable for pre-existing hair damage or conditions
• Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions and hair treatments
• Allergic reactions to products should be reported immediately

6.2 Training Courses

• GoldMane provides training and certification but does not guarantee employment or business success
• Students are responsible for obtaining necessary business licenses and insurance
• Techniques taught are for professional use only

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, and documentation are proprietary to GoldMane
• Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Website content, logos, and branding are protected by copyright

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• Contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation
• These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
